The formation program in Vietnam began informally in 2005. Eventually, it led to the construction of the new seminary for Propaedeutic and Philosophy. The Rector is Fr. Van Dinh Nguyen,CS, assisted by Fr. Tran Dinh Thong, CS who is also the Vocation Promoter and Fr Khiem Nguyen Tien, CS who is Animator. Fr. Tran Thien Nguyen, CS works in the Episcopal Commission for Migrants and Itinerant People (ECMI-VIE).
