Scalabrini Propaedeutic Seminary
The presence of the Missionaries of Saint Charles (Scalabrinians) in Indonesia started on the 29th of June 2002 in Ruteng NTT Flores, opening a house of formation for young candidate to discern their vocation to become a Scalabrinian Missionary.
Now, in Ruteng, NTT Flores there are 36 students in Propaedeutic year, a year of vocational discernment under the guidance of Fr. Rofinus Sumanto, CS, as Rector, Fr. Miguel De Araujo Bestias, CS, as Vocation Promoter, Fr. Thomas Maryo Tae, CS as Animator, Bro. Albert Aloisius, CS and Bro. Eduardo Lupercio, CS as Prefect of Discipline.
Maumere
Scalabrini Philosophy Seminary
The philosophy program began in Maumere in 2004, after an initial attempt to do it in Jakarta. There are around 60 seminarians in the four years of philosophy program.
In Maumere, there are 61 Students under the formation of Fr. Yosef Albertman Sadipun, CS as Rector, Fr. Emanuel Logo Like, CS as Animator, and two brothers in the pastoral year.

Divine Mercy Parish / Saint Therese Shelter
On the 1st of August 2018 a mission was opened on Batam Island under the responsibility of Fr. Antonius Faot, CS as Parish Priest of the Divine Mercy Parish and Fr Ranulfo Salise, CS as Assistant Priest. The current Parish Priest is Fr. Heribertus Magkur, CS and the Assistant Priest is Fr. Vincenslaus Ino, CS.
